Hey Ya'll, roll by my blog, I'm imploring the public at large to crit my coloring because I feel so deprived from the opinions of others, seriously, I miss crits so much, don't know what you got 'till it's gone I guess. Anyway, I know I don't know a whole lot of you but your opinions are still important to me and if you have a free minute set it aside to rip me a new one because I'm pretty uncertain about where to go with these.

hey man, cool stuff. I am seeing all of the values in the colors are very close. I would try to focus on value more than hue to push things forward and backward in the picture. Also the temperature in the color is all pretty warm, i would try adding some cool colors in there in the background to push things back in space. Hope this helps.
ReplyDeleteThanks dude, yeah, I do the thing where I turn the saturation way down to make sure the color isn't completely flat but never considered that I tend to keep things pretty bright across the board but I'm gonna fuck around with it until something happens, I appreciate your feedback.
